How we do it
Our typical design process includes:
DISCOVERY/SCHEMATIC DESIGN
- Meet with decision makers to evaluate current and future needs
- Work with a client's “wish list” to better understand their goals and develop a preliminary scope of work and budget
- Develop a Requirements Document which clearly sets out goals and parameters of project (Scope of Work)
- Provide conceptual drawings as required
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
- Once budget estimates are approved, develop initial System Design
- Develop a detailed scope of work through a Specification Document
- Continue to refine budgets and scope specification until final approval
- Provide Bid Set of documents as required
ENGINEERING/SPECIFICATION
- Provide an Engineering/Installation Document Package
- Coordinate on-site quality control visits: orientations and inspections
- Provide Construction Set of documents as required
- Provide Programming/Sequence of Operations documents of system flowcharts and procedures to programmers
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
- Provide Construction Administration services to coordinate different trades
- Provide training support on use of system to clients: “Client Hand-off’
- Continue to provide technical assistance to client after completion of project
OCCUPANCY
- Provide Commissioning services as required
- Provide Initial basic Programming as required
- Provide Lamp and Focus services
- Coordinate with other trades on client "hand off" and occupancy
